To know Him & be made known by Him.

“O righteous Father, although the world has not known You, yet I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me; and I have made Your name known to them, and will make it known, so that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.” - John 17:25-26

The love of Christ is what influenced us to live this life for Christ. Our lives here on earth are temporary and with this in mind, we need to set our focus on eternal matters. Our only hope is to know Christ & the love He poured out upon us through His death on the cross. He rose again 3 days later, so that we too, can raise to newness of life.

The Gospel.

The gospel is the good news that God, out of His great love, sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to rescue humanity from sin and eternal separation from Him. Though we were all guilty and deserving of judgment, Jesus lived a sinless life, died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins, and rose from the dead, defeating death and offering forgiveness and new life to all who repent and believe in Him. Through faith in Jesus, we are reconciled to God, adopted as His children, and given the gift of eternal life—not by our works, but by grace alone. This is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes.

To live for Christ means surrendering your life daily to His lordship, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide, empower, and transform you from the inside out. It’s no longer you who live, but Christ living in you (Galatians 2:20), shaping your desires, actions, and purpose. By the Spirit, you are set free from sin’s power (Romans 8:2) and enabled to walk in righteousness, bearing the fruit of love, joy, peace, and self-control (Galatians 5:22–23).

You live not to please yourself but to glorify God in every part of life (1 Corinthians 10:31), offering your body as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to Him (Romans 12:1). Living for Christ, empowered by the Spirit, means boldly representing Him in the world (Acts 1:8), enduring hardship with hope, and pressing on toward the eternal prize of knowing Him more (Philippians 3:13–14).
